I tried placing an order for iPad Pro on 23rd of September 2023 through Apple website. I made a payment of 76,900 through Google Pay. Money got deducted but order wasn’t placed, no response on Apple website. It’s been 2 days and I haven’t received a refund. I’m worried for my money. Didn’t know Apple could be this irresponsible.

Sounds like you placed an order on a Saturday. There's a good chance things won't finish processing for a few business days.
You'll be able to get a refund if needed but it'll likely be a few days before you can do so.

In many cases, transactions involving money don't process until the next weekday. It is odd that you didn't receive any emails about your order, and you should probably contact Apple directly for assistance so they can let you know if you should try again.
