Face ID is a great security feature. If you are having issues with it, you can find troubleshooting outlined in the Apple Support article If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support.


If you see an error message that Face ID has been disabled, you can get help with this Appel Support article: If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support.
