iPhone 13 lack of text sound
When I text my wife, there is no arrival sound on her iPhone 13 (we both have iPhone 13's). The text goes
thru to her phone, but no sound.

We understand you're having issues with no notification sound coming from your wife's iPhone when she receives a message. Is this the only app affected? If she changes the alert sound does it work then? Which exact version of iOS is she updated to under Settings > General > About? Has she tried restarting her iPhone? "How to restart your iPhone X, 11, 12, 13, or later
Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
