Haptic Touch clicking sound can’t be disabled when using Bluetooth
When connected to a Bluetooth speaker, my iPhone 12 Pro will play audible clicking sounds from the iPhone speaker when long pressing. For example, previewing links in Safari, replying to or reacting to messages in Messages, etc.
It happens regardless whether my iPhone’s physical mute switch is on or off, and regardless of my Haptic Touch settings.
When I disconnect from the Bluetooth device, the iPhone no longer plays these audible clicks from its speakers when long pressing. When I reconnect to the Bluetooth device, the audible clicking sounds from the iPhone speakers return.

Cannot Turn Off Long Press Sound In IOS 1… - Apple Community

I don’t know when this problem appeared, because I don’t often use Bluetooth speakers. But it’s definitely present now.
I want the clicking sounds to stop. (I like the vibrations, but the sounds are annoying to people around me.)
