My account says I have unpaid orders and won't allow me to download new apps- even free ones. My billing info is valid. I removed and re entered it. DO not know what is unpaid. Where can I view it? Why won't it pay. Suspect this has to do with a new phone and the old phone tied to the account is listed as lost.
Financial defaults have to be cleared by speaking directly to Apple Support. The account will remain frozen until you do.
