Iphone 15 pro calls going directly to voice mail
New iPhone 15 pro just switched over my iPhone XR over last night. All updates finished

1.) Refresh things by restarting your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
2.) If that doesn't help out, try resetting your Network Settings. This is usually a great step to troubleshoot cellular related issues. tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. If you're using iCloud Keychain, these settings are also removed from other signed-in devices.
3.) You can also contact your carrier to make sure there's no issues related to your account. Just to be on the safe side.
