on the ios17 in the fitness app there is a new section saying trainer tips. How do you turn this off? It’s a bit condesending.

To turn off Trainer Tips in the iOS 17 Fitness+ app, follow these steps:
- Open the Fitness+ app.
- Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Scroll down and tap Settings.
- Tap Trainer Tips.
- Toggle off the Trainer Tips switch.
Trainer Tips are turned on by default in the iOS 17 Fitness+ app. If you find them to be condescending or unnecessary, you can easily turn them off using the steps above.
