Cisco Webex installation failure on Mac OSx.

I am unable to install the Cisco WebEx Desktop application on my Mac Mini running the Apple M1 chipset and the latest OSx. I keep getting the following error : "Running Webex from a mounted volume is not supported and clicking the dismiss button will exit the application. Open the Spark installer (the DMG file) and follow the instructions."

The file I am trying to open is Webex.dmg and I tried downloading it from Chrome, Safari and Edge. I am running MAC OS 13.4

When you double-click the Webex.dmg, it opens and you should drag and drop Webex to your Applications folder in the Finder sidebar. That actually installs it and then eject the mounted (dmg) disk image on your Desktop. You can then run Webex normally from your Applications folder provided it is a compatible current version.
