Does apple not sell replacement Airpod Pro cases?

The case for my Airpod Pros has given up charging my airpods and I need a new case. I would rather not buy a whole new pair but it seems you cannot just order the case. I went through the service website and it only lets me order replacement earbuds and not just the case. Anyone know where I can get just the case? Apple wants to be carbon neutral and having me throw away my earbuds which work perfectly fine if they could charge doesn't seem very carbon neutral.

Select Lost Items, Charging Cases.

All the AirPods Pro cases show up for me.

Like I said above. When you go through the steps to buy a new AirPod Pro case, it doesn’t let you buy the case, only the earbuds. And if you put in a battery issue when you go through to start an appointment to get it fixed it tells you how to reset the battery and you can never make an appointment.

Tried that way also and it still sends me to the last page I posted above. Maybe they just don't have Gen1 Airpod cases to replace mine with. And if I select a Gen2 case it still asks me for my serial number which is a Gen1 and takes me to the final screen which asks me if I only want to get new earbuds.

Guess it's off to talk to the smart bunch at the store.

If you’re able to consider going to an Apple Store. The process is super easy because they can swap it out for you and charge only that, or if you have Apple care for them at a reduced rate. No hassle except for the wait to be seen sometimes but an appointment can help with that
