The progress bar is nearly at the end of the ios 17 update on my iPad A1701 model (10.5" 2017). It's just stuck there all day and nothing. Does anyone know the issue and/or how can I stop the install and just go back to ios 16?

when I try to restart it just says "press home to upgrade" and then it tries to update again. Now it's stuck in this endless loop.
