my iphone is switched off and couldn't restore
it went to support.apple.com/iphone/restore but when i try to reset and update it. its not happening

Restoring an Updating a Locked iPhone:
Are you saying your iPhone is locked? If so, you need to unlock it to perform any restorations and updating. Setup a Genius Bar Appointment at your local Apple Store.
