Is there a reason why texts messages sometimes do not give me an alert? This happens with my iPhone 13 Pro & my husband’s iPhone 12! It has caused me in many instances of missing important messages.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Is this happening with the same text message threads or is it random? If it's with the same threads, make sure the thread itself isn't silenced.
