My iMac Retina 5k, 27 inch, 2017 runs slow. I'm using OS Ventura 13.5. How can I speed up this machine? I only use it for online surfing, streaming videos, and YouTubing. I also have a MacBook Air, so maybe I should just sell it and get a new monitor. What do you think?
