When trying to scroll through messages, rotating the crown doesn't scroll, I have to swipe. I can use the crown to scroll through the list of messages. Also, after ending a phone call on my phone, it still shows a green phone icon in the center of the top of the watch display. I have to tap on it and touch "End Call" to make it go away.

If you're unable to to scroll with your Digital Crown, you may need to clean your watch as outlined in How to clean your Apple Watch
If you continue to have issues, your watch may need to be repaired. You can locate your nearest service provider and set up service by using the site: Find Locations

The digital crown will scroll on a list. It will not scroll inside a message. It would scroll fine until the watchOS 10 update.
They did fix the green phone icon with the watchOS10.0.1 rollout a few days ago.
