Blue Dot on Dynamic Island iOS 17
A new blue dot has appeared on my dynamic island since I downloaded iOS 17. Anybody know what it is?

Try checking the listed ones there to see if any match what you're seeing. If nothing there helps to identify it, try individually closing open apps to see if it may be related to one of them.
