WatchOS10 to watchos 9

Is it possible to revert back to Watchos 9? The new gestures suck!! I need to access the recent apps quickly not the control center. Completly useless redesign.

Agree. Totally useless change. They did nothing to improve the use of the action button on the Ultra, but made it harder for me to access the stuff I need.

No, you cannot downgrade the watch from watchOS 10 back to 9.
