Updated to TVos 17 and the FaceTime app is not present. I have a 4k device

This is not true. I have an iPad, Apple TV, and a brand new iPhone. Apple TV disappeared from my tv and it doesn’t even show up in the App Store. All of my equipment is new, so that isn’t the problem.

Same problem for me. IOS 17 on all devices. Apple TV 4K 5th gen (A1842 - 64k).

Same issue. I wonder if it’s for certain 4K mods? I restarted again after update. Still a no show.
I have all the proper iPhone XR, and an iPAD Pro 12.9” 5th Generation. Also, my Apple TV is 4K.
When I updated to tvOS 17, no FaceTime app show up in my icons.
This works only on appletv 4K ,2nd generation and above , unfortunately
Only works with AppleTv 4K 2nd Gen and newer. Nothing to do with App Store
There is no such thing as an AppleTv 4K 5th Gen. Yet…..
