custom text tones for ios 17 gone

I downloaded the new ios 17 and now my custom text tones have been thrown into my ringtones and I cannot use my custom text tones anymore.. Is this a glitch or do I have to switch to Android after having Apple for over 25 years?

What happened to all the custom text tones?? I just updated to iOS 17 and all my custom text tones are gone!! I hope this is a fluke and Apple will correct this...

iOS 17 text tones now show up as ringtones After upgrading to iOS 17, my purchased text tones only show up under ‘ringtones’ instead of text tones leaving them unusable. If it were a custom ringtone I would understand. However, I purchased them directly from the iTunes Store as text tones and now they won’t show up under the correct option like the did before I updated.
