Perdi mi contraseña de mi cuenta Apple ID

Buenos dias! LLevo meses tratando de conseguir mi password para mi apple id que lo olvide y me envian la fecha y la hora y nunca me envian ni mensaje de texto ni nada llamada y necesito que me resuelvan esto ya mi email es ***@ofgpr.com del cual necesito hacer el pass nuevo.

Never post your Apple ID credentials (such as Apple ID, billing address, phone number, etc.) on a public forum, that is asking for trouble.

Have asked the host to remove it.
