I have downloaded the new iOS17 and I noticed that all my custom txt tones under Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Text Tone, are gone. Is this a bug or was this deliberately removed? They still appear under Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Ringtone. I'm a sucker for custom text tones, especially assigned tones to my contacts. I hope this was not on purpose.

I have the exact same problem but I also found all my custom tones under Alarm sound. Even after the iOS 17.0.3 update.
Why there? I would not want to wake up to Highway to **** by AC/DC or Liar liar by Avicii.
So I wish that this is just a bug that needs fixing or else I will be really sad 😢
After going through my iPhone I found my purchased text tones in my iPhone ring tones and then duplicated in my alarm ring tones and no way of getting them back to my text tones

Same for me. I really enjoy my custom ring tones and text tones. Everyone in my contact list has different tones. That way I know who it is before I even pick up the phone. I want to think that this is just a glitch that Apple is working on. If it was on purpose, I don’t think custom ring tones would still work.

Mine don’t show up even in sounds & haptics must have lost at least 50 purchases and that’s a low estimate
