I am running Big Sur on my 2020 Macbook Air. Can update to Ventura without effecting my Adobe Elements 2022?

I have been avoiding updates because I have been told that Elements 2022 is not compatible with OS versions newer than big Sur.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.6
