When I try to open Facebook and Messenger after updating to iPadOS 17 on my iPad Pro 6th generation, the app goes blank and will not load. I have tried all the standard protocols like deleting the app and reinstalling, but no success. Any ideas?

Messenger is fine but Facebook is broken on my iPad Pro 6th Gen too. Loads of other people are having the same issue so they should fix it soon. Some people are also having the same issue on iPhones too

The Facebook app is updated in the App Store and now works fine for me. Waiting for the Messenger update….
The 3rd time is apparently the charm for the Messenger update; works fine now
