Switching watch faces - WatchOS 10

The new WatchOS 10 now requires a hard press in order to switch between watch faces. This complicates my primary navigation of my watch -- I have about 6 faces that I use all day long, and I flip between them as needed. Much more awkward to do it with the hard press now.

I understand this was done as some complained their watch faces changed by accident, but I'm hoping the ability to easily swipe between faces can be restored. Maybe an Option in Settings, to allow those of us who want that feature back can toggle it on?

Hoping this can be fixed, as I feel my watch is much less useful today than it was yesterday.

You don't have to hard press, you just tap and hold.

I realize that doesn't solve your complaint but it can prove to be less wear & tear on your watch and your finger joints.

I totally agree!! Having to long press is very annoying. I also have multiple watch faces I want to switch between quickly depending on the time of day, activities, etc. Sometimes it’s simply because one watch face can’t hold all the complications I want to access quickly. Widgets will not replace this for me. Apple, please make watch face swiping an option.
