Can't add recovery contact to my Apple ID

Hello,

I'm trying to add my partner (she is part of the the family) as my recovery contact. On the https://appleid.apple.com/ website it says that I have already one contact. I guess it's her, she was the only one I tried to add, but if I go to macOS (13.5.2 (22G91)) or iOS (17) it says that I don't have a recovery contact.

So I try to add her and I get the following error on macOS

I also get this error if I try to add her on iOS. It says I can't add more than five recovery contacts.

With this issue, I can't turn on Advanced Protection. I've reseted the recovery keys, but still no good.

On the other hand, I added her as my Legacy Contact and she add me as her Recovery Contact and Legacy Contact.

Any help is deeply appreciated.
