iPhone model number starts with N MEANS?

I just bought an iPhone and the model number starts with N which means it’s a replacement device.. can I trust such device to be original and not give me any problems in future or I should return to the shop for a possible change

N Model number means that it's a replacement device. Meaning it's a device that isnt sold in a retail box. Apple makes brand new devices for replacement devices on the side so it should be brand new. It's never been confirmed if its brand or reused parts.

Getting Refurbished iPhone:

I'd return this, rather than chance login issues and such. So much is reported on these forums when it comes to a used devices, and often what is held into account is login issues and purchase issues that come about after update installs.
