Appleid Passcode

I signed out of my Apple ID on my iPhone. I went to sign back in and for some reason my passcode is not what it was earlier I had to I had a software problem, so I had to completely erase my my iPad. I be passcode but I was just wondering if there’s any way I can restore my iPhone with my iPad

accidentally logged out of Apple-id and forgot the passcode hi, I accidentally logged out from apple id for my old (XSmax) iPhone and forgot the passcode as I dint use it for quite some time. In attempt of trying for passcode the iPhone got locked. Is there anything which can be done for this as I don't want to loose my phone and the data in it. please help

You cannot restore your iPhone with your iPad. You will need a computer (Windows or Mac) to start and complete the restoration process.
