Why am I being charged 22.99 for tha apple and an additional 9.99 for iCloud that is included in the first charge?

I want the second charge to be refunded back to the time I started getting charged twice.

I'm being double charged on my iCloud subscription When I look at my bank statement for the past 5 months or so I've been getting double charged for iCloud storage. It doesn't show on my Apple.com statements, but it appears twice a month in back to back charges. I'd like to request a refund for this and to put an end to this.
