Is it possible to physically insert a tracking device into my iPhone, or can location tracking services be used to monitor my iPhone? I'm asking because I'm experiencing gaslighting and have concerns about my safety and security.

I noticed that the location services setting was enabled, although I didn't activate it myself. Consequently, I have deactivated it. I would strongly recommend against leaving your mobile phone unattended for the sake of your safety and security.
Modifying an iPhone is not recommended.
