AppleTV app was working fine on our Firestick. However, recently it plays for a minute or two and then gives a message saying that it can’t load the video. We have: updated the Firestick operating system, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the cache, done a forced stop, and rebooted the Firestick multiple times. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?
