Cannot downgrade from Sonoma

Hi, i wanted to downgrade from Sonoma beta and I did like described in steps - while rebooting pushed cmd+R went to disk utilities and erased the disk. As per description after this action I should see an option to reinstall MacOs Ventura. But still there is just option to reinstall Sonoma. When I click on it - it says that currently he cannot download required data…..

as a result i cannot do anything… old system cannot reboot, i cannot reinstall the Ventura… any advise what to do next?
