I'm sure FB has some sort of password recovery system. Go to www.facebook.com and look for one. But, not using FB any more is also an excellent choice.

Start by deleting the FB app from your phone and re-installing it. If that doesn't help, contact FB support.

Meanwhile, you can access FB through a browser.
