My Apple TV powers on perfectly but the screen is black. I restarted the TV multiple times, but it still doesn’t work.

I’m curious what tv you are using. I had this issue with my tv and I think I fixed it. I have a Vizio OLED65-H1 and since they updated the firmware, my screen would go black every time I turned on my AppleTV. I think the issue was that on my TV, I had created a custom picture profile when I bought the TV and when I updated the firmware, the custom picture profile glitched out or something. I switched the picture profile to a default profile and have not had any issues since. If this doesn’t help you, I at least hope it helps someone else. The issue was driving me crazy!
i’ve tried so many different screens, I started with a Roku TV, then I just plugged into a Samsung monitor and many other devices and none of them worked.
