Sometimes, a full power-cycle procedure (in the following order and with waiting times) may help in case of a device discovery problem:

Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the Mac, and all other computers/devices. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the Mac. Finally, power on all other computers/devices.

If necessary, you may have to reset the printing system and re-add the printer.

It seems to be a problem with the wireless connection. Try to re connect the printer to the wifi again and from printer and scanners settings remove the old printer and add the printer again.
