I would like to see in the Family share app,a way to be able to have each person use there own credit card . Not all families need to watch what family members purchase they have older family members.

The capability already exists to turn “off” Payment Method Sharing.
From the organizer’s iPhone:
Settings -> AppleID [Name] -> Family -> Family Purchase Sharing -> Share Your Payment Methods
Our own “older” family’s payments are setup exactly as you described; the Family Organizer pays for the common AppleOne subscription, but each AppleID purchases their “own stuff” using their own payment methods.
How do I make a suggetion to improve the Family share app it should allows all family members to pay with a speparte card if they want.
