Contacts with "No Name" contacts

Apple...LISTEN. This issue has been around now for MANY YEARS. Something about Google and Apple not playing nicely together, when I create a new contact, if I don't do it quickly enough to save what I enter, the new contact closes and gets saved as a new "No Name" contact. I've only got about 10 seconds to enter whatever I can before the auto-save/close happens. My workaround is to save the name, then edit and save with the phone, then edit and save for the email, etc. etc. until I've got inputted all that I need for the new contact. THIS ISN'T USER FRIENDLY, and Apple, you've known about this for years...check your own Community Discussion threads. I'm using Contacts v13.0 on Big Sur v11.7.9.

PLEASE FIX IT, sheesh!
