Can I trade in my current iPhone past the 14 days period after receiving a new iPhone?

I am planning on buying a new iphone and wanted to trade in my current iphone. Is it possible to trade it after the 14 days period apple gives you to send in your current device or no?

You can trade it in anytime. The 14 day restriction is to return it for a refund.
