Battery drop 1% in 6 months
iphone 14 battery dropped to 99% in 6 months after avg use 8 hours a day, is it fine?

Personally I would be very happy with that small of a decrease. It is normal for batteries to chemically age. Also see: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support
