Notes keep disappearing from iphone.

I can see the notes in my yahoo account but not on my phone. They were there yesterday and disappeared today - and no I didn't delete them.

Notes disappeared after accepting iCloud T&Cs on iPhone I just clicked to accept the new iCloud Ts&Cs and ALL 722 of my Notes have disappeared. I can see them on my iPad but they have GONE from my phone. I am frantic. I use the Notes all the time. Please help? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
