Option to add data/workout does not show. Even when typinbfg in workout in browse bar, nothing comes up.

Thank you! I restarted my phone to again to see if anything changed. Not sure if that helped or not, but now i can see what you shared in the images. Thanks!
Updated software doesnt allow me to add a workout in Health App. What is the work around? Anyone found something to do for it?
