Gmail stopped working on my MacBookPro, can't sign in using Mail App; Same issue with Comcast
Mail app works fine on my iMac and iPhone. My older MacBook Pro's Mail app will not allow me to sign into Gmail, was working fine until I changed a password on iMac. Error message for Gmail:
Authorization Error
Error 400: invalid_request

I tried deleting the account and reinstalling; removed cache, cookies, and extensions, did not resolve.
iCloud account allows me to login and connect.
Is this Apple's way of saying my old faithful MBP (iOS 10.11.6) is faithful no more?!
Get a new laptop?!
Ideas?
TIA
