Why can I not get apple care for my iPad

i’ve been trying to get AppleCare on this iPad since I got it and it won’t let me and am I just not allowed to get AppleCare on this iPad?

In most countries, you have up to 60-days from purchase of a new device within which to purchase the optional AppleCare cover.


If eligible, you should see the AppleCare option visible in iPad settings - this usually appearing just below your Name / AppleID.


If not seen, you may see the option to purchase AppleCare here:

Settings > General > About > Coverage


You can also purchase AppleCare for your iPad directly from Apple’s website:
