How do I use shared iCloud
My son shared his iCloud. I don’t know how to access it on my iPhone 8+

Do you mean that he shared his iCloud Storage plan? If so, you access it via your Apple ID in the same ways that you have always accessed iCloud. Only the amount of storage available and the billing for it change.
