Can someone please tell me why my photos app say “your iCloud storage is almost full” when I only have 41 photos and 36 videos, i searched how many pictures can 5gb hold, it says 5gb can hold up to 3500 pictures. So why can’t it hold my 41 pictures and 36 vids

Possibly you have iCloud Backups or something else using your iCloud storage. For example, iCloud Backups of old devices that you no longer have will take storage space until you delete them. Also see: Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
