I need to change the iclould on this card
I applied for a credit card on m y laptop but I didn't noticed I have a different iCloud from my phone I want to be able to have the apple credit card on my phone

Request to speak to the iTunes Store Staff. Let them know that you want to use this specific card on two Apple IDs. You can'.t. But ask them if they can assist you with this. If need be, ask about performing a screensharing session with the Apple Rep.
