Can I use reminders with both date and location?

Use Reminders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

With the Reminders app on iOS 13 or later and iPadOS, you can create reminders with subtasks and attachments, and set alerts based on time and location.

This explains that the location feature for Reminders app didn't get introduced until iOS 13. If you are running an iPhone 5 with iOS 10, then you wouldn't have this feature available.

If you wish to have this ability, then it may be time to consider upgrading your device to a compatible one that supports iOS 13 or later.
