Apple Watch: Is there a way to add an apartment number to GPS location?

After a hard fall EMS was alerted and deployed to my mom’s building but the location pinpointed the apartment above hers. Is there a way to add an apartment number to sos calls?

Apple Watch Location Not Updating I purchased my son an apple watch SE (and a data plan from Verizon) so we had the ability to locate him, if needed, as he walked home from school each day. His watch is fully charged when he leaves the house, yet the location almost never updates. It only updates if he texts/calls while on his way to or from school, otherwise it doesn't update the location. I'm not trying to track his every whereabouts, but this thing doesn't work at all and seems like a complete waste of money, when other (cheaper) alternatives exist that provide this same service. I live in a very highly populated area with great cell coverage, so that isn't the issue, this thing just doesn't update unless you manually do something to make it update, which seems to defeat the whole purpose because that manual update is the same as texting your location.

Real-time tracking issue with Apple Watch SE Cellular + GPS on Find My My wife and I have iPhones that are easily tracked in REAL TIME on the Find My app. The app indicates "LIVE" tracking or location. The watch which has a cellular data plan with ATT will show up as being tracked but only updates sporadically usually taking over 15 minutes to update the location. Even then the watch is no longer at the location and the app indicates location 5 minutes ago for example. ATT and Apple Genius both live in store and 6 different tech support guys have tried...no success. It is marketed as a device specifically for tracking your kids for safety. I have returned the original watch and I am now trying to get a second watch to work. I cannot believe I am the only parent in America that is trying to use this watch as advertised by Apple...and that is not seeing the REAL TIME (LIVE) Tracking. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Location of Apple Watch SE not updating My son has an Apple Watch SE that is connected to my iPhone, but his watch uses his Apple ID. Sometimes the Find My location works great and shows me as he’s traveling on the school bus or where he is in the neighborhood. But other times, like right now, the location refuses to update. It hasn’t updated in 4 hours and despite appearing to refresh, it won’t give me an updated location or time. In the attached photo, you can see the actual time is 2:14 pm, but his watch location is stuck at 10:33 am, when he was home. The watch was charged when he left the house at 11. How can I get the app to refresh the location? Thank you!

gps is no 3d it's longitude and latitude it does not include altitude

I’ve read that certain models do calculate altitude. But besides that my question is more about adding an apartment number in the SOS location that goes to the paramedics.
