My mom’s profile picture changes my profile picture

This has been happening since I got my phone in early 2021, and I still can’t find a solution for it. Whenever I try to make my profile picture and name my own in settings, it changes my mom’s name a profile picture and vice versa. We have different Apple ID’s but we share a family account. Does anyone know how to fix this?
