My credit card has been charged $16.99 twice on September 6th and $8.99 on September 3rd.

My credit card has been charged $16.99 twice on September 6th and $8.99 on September 3rd. I have no subscriptions active. The payment history also does not reflect this but my credit card statement includes APPLE.COM/BILL and the particulars say SYDNEY and NZD1699.

How can i get this refunded?
