Text looks like it’s being sent from email
my phone just randomly started sending my texts from my email instead of my phone number.

Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > START NEW CONVERSATIONS FROM and you should see both a phone number and an email address. Make sure that the phone number is checked.
