Apple watch doesn't detect standing very well
This problem has existed since Apple Watch v1. The "stand" activity is completely hit or miss. You can stand, walk up a flight of stairs, walk around your office or home and still the watch might only possibly give you a stand credit.
I get it - people say, "Oh you have to do more than stand" (So why call it Stand?). Honestly, the watch has enough info to determine a stand has occurred - it's recorded a flight of stairs and a hundred steps in the same hour. That's a basic IF/THEN statement programmers. Explain to me how one can walk a hundred steps, climb a flight of stairs without standing?
Surely there's a fix?
